By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

King Blue Sky Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services across Sydney and Bega NSW, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning (regular, deep cleaning, end of lease)
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Hotel and hospitality cleaning
  • Restaurant and food service cleaning
  • Childcare centre cleaning
  • NDIS cleaning services
  • Strata and building cleaning
  • Construction site cleaning
  • Insurance and restoration cleaning
  • Carpet, tile, window, and driveway cleaning
  • Holiday house and Airbnb cleaning

Our services are available 24/7 with office support hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests: You may request our services by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website quote form. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotes: We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (via email, SMS, or other communication method) and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.

Access: You are responsible for ensuring our team has appropriate access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

By the Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No fee
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% of the quoted service fee may apply
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: Full service fee may apply

By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a convenient time.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed.

Payment Timing:

  • Residential services: Payment is typically due upon completion of service
  • Commercial services: Payment terms may be arranged (e.g., 7, 14, or 30-day terms) based on agreement
  • Large projects: A deposit may be required prior to commencement

Late Payment: Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
  • Ensure safe access to the premises at the agreed time
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before cleaning
  • Inform us of any hazards, pets, security systems, or special considerations
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available for cleaning purposes
  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding your property

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Provide professional, reliable cleaning services as agreed
  • Arrive at the scheduled time (or notify you of any delays)
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Treat your property with care and respect
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Ensure our staff are trained, vetted, and professional
  • Protect your privacy and personal information

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for excellence in every cleaning service we provide. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will arrange to return and address any areas of concern at no additional cost
  • Re-cleaning must be performed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48 hours)

This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from factors beyond our control, pre-existing conditions, or damage not caused by our services.

Limitation of Liability

Insurance: We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.

Damage Claims:

  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We are not liable for damage to items that were not secured, fragile items not pointed out, or pre-existing damage
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a reasonable value

Exclusions: We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Loss of profit, business, or revenue
  • Damage caused by defects in construction, fixtures, or fittings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Stains or marks that cannot be removed through standard cleaning

Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients:

  • Our team follows strict safety protocols and uses appropriate protective equipment
  • We use quality, safe cleaning products (eco-friendly options available on request)
  • We reserve the right to decline or cease service if conditions are deemed unsafe
